Pemberton Fabricators Named Burlington County Institute of Technology’s 2025 Business Partner of the Year

December 18, 2025

2025 Business Partner of the Year at Burlington County Institute of Technology is Pemberton Fabricators.

Burlington County Institute of Technology (BCIT) proudly recognizes Pemberton Fabricators in Rancocas, N.J., as its 2025 Business Partner of the Year. Pemberton Fabricators has been a steadfast supporter of BCIT since 1995, consistently investing time, expertise and resources to strengthen the district’s Welding career and technical education (CTE) programs for both high school and adult learners.

For nearly three decades, Pemberton Fabricators has played an essential role in helping BCIT prepare the future workforce. The company donates helmets, gloves and other welding equipment each year, giving students access to the tools and safety gear used in industry. Their ongoing support as program advisory board members helps ensure the program aligns with current standards and enriches the hands-on learning environment that is central to welding instruction.

Pemberton Fabricators offers meaningful school-to-work opportunities that have led several students to full-time employment. The company also hosts annual tours at its facility, giving students first-hand exposure to industrial settings and workplace expectations.

Representatives also connect with students at school events, including career expos and classroom learning events and celebrations of student accomplishments. Their mentorship provides students with personalized guidance that supports skill development, professionalism and readiness for the workforce.

“Pemberton Fabricators represents the very best of what industry and education can accomplish together. Their commitment to our students goes far beyond equipment donations or facility tours. They invest in young people with purpose, skill and genuine care. For nearly three decades, they have helped our Welding students build confidence, master their craft and step directly into meaningful careers. Partnerships like this strengthen our programs, elevate our district and create opportunities that change lives. We are proud to honor Pemberton Fabricators for their unwavering dedication to BCIT and to the future workforce,” said Dr. Ashanti N. Holley, superintendent of schools.

“Pemberton Fabricators and Cheryl Arsenault have been an invaluable asset to our school…their ongoing service as an advisor to our CTE programs reflects a genuine commitment to supporting BCIT’s students and the future workforce,” added Gina Valenti, work-based learning coordinator.

Pemberton Fabricators also shared its pride in the long-standing relationship and its mutual benefits. “A 2000 graduate from the Medford Campus joined us as a CTE student in 1999. He advanced steadily through the ranks on the shop floor, becoming plant manager and now serving as the technical engineer for one of our departments while also holding a seat on our board of directors. We look forward to continuing to mentor BCIT students and provide them with unlimited opportunities for growth.”
