These BCIT graduates continue to be successfully employed by Shamrock and help contribute to the company’s continued growth.

“Shamrock Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., has been an invaluable partner in our Work-Based Learning program for over two decades,” said BCIT Cooperative Education Coordinator, John Demree.  “Their commitment goes beyond offering on-site experiences; they actively engage with our program advisory meetings, providing crucial insights that have been instrumental in shaping the growth and relevance of our program.”

The value Shamrock Heating & Air Conditioning places on education is also evident through its development of its own people. Many Shamrock technicians have attended the BCIT Adult Education program for additional HVACR, Plumbing, and Electrical trades training. This educational investment enhances the technicians’ skills and fosters continuous learning and professional advancement.
