Hudson County Schools of Technology is a dynamic, diverse, and compassionate learning community that encourages growth and embraces change through meaningful activities in a student-centered environment. Hudson County Schools of Technology includes County Prep High School, High Tech High School, Explore Middle School and Hudson Technical for post-secondary students. Explore Middle School is the only career and technical middle school in NJ and focuses on the core subjects as well as career and technical education. In addition to middle and high school programs, the district offers career-focused programs for adults.

For adult students, Hudson County Schools of Technology offers programs for fulfilling educational conditions and preparing for career advancement. The Adult High School helps adults looking to complete high school or secondary requirements. Additionally, Hudson Technical offers adult courses, both online and on the Jersey City Campus, to help students pursue or advance in a career of interest. Students gain skills to enter a range of in-demand fields.

Taking full advantage of opportunities to earn college credits while in high school, 251 students from across New Jersey’s county vocational-technical schools graduated with an associate degree this year in addition to a high school diploma.
