Somerset County Vocational-Technical Schools honored professional photographer and business owner Anthony Bianciella of Raritan as its 2020 Business Partner of the Year.

The award is given annually to a county vocational technical school business partner for outstanding contributions to career and technical education. Business partners play a variety of roles, including serving on county vocational technical school program advisory boards, offering opportunities for students to gain valuable work experience, donating equipment, or serving as mentors and role models for students.

Bianciella was selected for donating his time, talents and efforts in providing his professional services by taking cast headshots and production shots of the Somerset County Vocational & Technical High School’s (SCVTHS) Theater Arts performances.

Since 2017, Bianciella has been volunteering and providing his professional photography skills at SCVTHS. He has dedicated countless hours shooting, editing and creating thousands of perfect shots, so that the students of the SCVTHS Theater Arts program have high quality pictures to use in their professional portfolios.

“Mr. Bianciella has been a great supporter of our efforts and has put his time and extensive expertise on the line time and time again,” said SCVTHS Gifted and Talented Theater Arts Program Coordinator Joseph Mancuso.
