Alan Beatty, vice president of human resources at Shore Medical Center, has worked closely with the Atlantic County Institute of Technology (ACIT) Health Sciences program for more than 20 years. His efforts to honor the ACIT mission, “Pursue What You Love,” is why the school has named him the 2023 Business Partner of the Year.
